Most leases have more room to move than the paperwork lets on.

If your copier sits on a 36–60 month agreement, there's a fair chance you're less boxed in than you assume. Tell us the monthly figure and roughly what you signed up to, and we'll talk you through the options that genuinely exist — then introduce you to somebody positioned to move on them. Nothing on this site is for sale.

Start a Desk Audit

Tied in is not the same as trapped.

Agreements tend to carry more give than their wording advertises, and the question mostly goes unasked. What's open to you turns on the remaining term and the way the account has been run day to day — occasionally there's a route out earlier, and at a smaller cost, than anyone in the office expects.

A quick gut-check

Tick whatever rings true. Two or more and there's probably something here worth twenty minutes.

In practice, most offices tick two of these before they've finished reading the list.

Take the checklist with you

The same five prompts as a one-page PDF, plus the four figures worth digging out before any conversation with a supplier.

Nothing is gated behind a form — it downloads straight away, and you're welcome to use it and never contact us at all.

What actually happens if you reach out

Nothing gets pitched at this end, because there is nothing here to pitch.

You describe the arrangement

Two or three sentences about the agreement and whatever prompted you to look at it. That is a sufficient starting point.

We form a view on whether it merits effort

Now and then the truthful response is that everything looks reasonable. When that happens we say so and the matter closes.

Where it does, an introduction follows

Long enough around this trade to know who to send you toward — a party that handles the hardware itself. That is never us.

Heard from us by post or inbox?

Responding to that message is the least effort for everyone and saves repeating yourself. A short exchange is usually all it takes before a call gets arranged.

Nothing arrived, or it has long since vanished? This does the identical job.
